老年高血压患者的临床特征及治疗效果分析

摘要

Objective:To observe and explore the clinical characteristics and clinical treatment effect of elderly patients with hypertension.Method:102 elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital were selected from February 2013 to December 2014 as the observation group,while 84 case of non-elderly hypertensive patients were selected as the control group.The clinical characteristics,treatment effects of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure before treatment in the control group were lower than the those in the observation group.After treatment,their systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure decreased in two groups,the control group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The characteristics of elderly patients with hypertension has big pulse pressure and high systolic blood pressure.The clinical treatment needs to consider multiple factors, grasps the specific characteristics of symptomatic treatment.%目的:观察探讨老年高血压患者的临床特征及临床治疗效果.方法:选取了2013年2月-2014年12月笔者所在医院收治的老年高血压患者共102例为观察组,同时选取非老年高血压患者84例为对照组,对两组患者临床特征、治疗效果等进行对比分析.结果:治疗前对照组患者收缩压、脉压差等指标低于观察组,经对症治疗后两组收缩压、脉压差均下降,对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年高血压患者具有脉压差大、收缩压高的特点,临床治疗上需要综合多重因素进行考虑,掌握其具体特征对症施治.
