64层螺旋CT血管造影对下肢动脉闭塞硬化患者的临床诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影对下肢动脉闭塞硬化患者的临床诊断价值。方法：选择2011年3月-2013年2月笔者所在医院诊治的下肢动脉闭塞硬化患者23例作为研究对象，回顾性分析患者的64层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCAT)、彩色多普勒超声及临床诊治资料。结果：MSCAT对下肢动脉闭塞硬化患者的诊断符合率为100%(23/23)，彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率为69.6%(16/23)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两种检查后患者均无明显不良反应。结论：64层螺旋CT血管造影对下肢动脉闭塞硬化患者具有显著的临床诊断价值，且方便、安全，可以作为首选的检查方法。%Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography in patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease. Method:From March 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital,23 cases of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease were selected as the study objects,their related data of 64-slice spiral CT angiography and color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The diagnosis rate of MSCAT for patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease was 100%(23/23),and the diagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasound was 69.6%(16/23),there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reactions in patients with two checks.Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT angiography in patients with peripheral arterial occlusive sclerosis has significant diagnostic value,it is convenient and safe,so it can be used as the preferred method of examination.
