医用胶粘合在头面部急诊外伤伤口的应用效果

摘要

目的：探讨医用胶粘合在头面部急诊外伤伤口的应用效果。方法：选择笔者所在医院2015年1-12月收治的80例急诊外科诊治的创伤患者。按照简单随机表将80例患者分成观察组及对照组，各40例。对照组患者采取常规清创缝合。观察组以医用胶进行治疗，观察两组患者的急诊手术处理时间、伤口愈合情况和治疗效果。结果：对照组患者的急诊手术处理时间为(14.3±5.2)min，观察组患者为(13.4±4.1)min，对比差异无统计学意义(t=1.392，P>0.05)。对照组患者的甲级愈合、乙级愈合分别为36例和4例，观察组患者的甲级愈合、乙级愈合例数分别为37、3例，对比分析后，差异无统计学意义(χ²=1.293，P>0.05)。与对照组患者相比，观察组患者的优良、满意和不满意分别为26、11例和3例，有效率为92.5%，对照组分别为3、12、25例及37.5%，对比分析后，差异有统计学意义(χ²=8.193，P<0.05)。结论：医用胶粘合头面部急诊外伤伤口，不需要换药、拆线，可有效降低患者的医疗费用，术后瘫痕平整，未出现针眼瘫痕，可满足患者对头面部的美观要求，疗效显著，值得临床推广使用。%Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of application of medical glue application for patients with head and face emergency trauma wounds.Method:From January 2015 to December 2015,80 cases with head and face emergency trauma wounds were choosed in our department,they weredivided into the observation group and the control group follow the simple random table,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional debridement,while patients in observation group were treated with medical glue with medical adhesive.The emergency surgery treatment time,wound healing and therapeutic effect were observed between two groups.Result:Emergency surgery treatment time for patients in the control group was (14.3±5.2)min, while patients in the observation group was (13.4±4.1)min.After a comparative analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.392,P>0.05).First class heal and second heal of patients in the control group were 36 and 4 cases respectively,while patients in the observation group were 37 and 3 cases respectively. After comparative analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(χ²=1.293,P>0.05).The number of good,satisfaction,dissatisfaction effective rate of patients in the observation group were 26 cases,11 cases,3 cases and 92.5% respectively,while the control group were 3 cases,12 cases,25 cases and 37.5%respectively,after a comparative analysis,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=8.193,P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency medical glue head and facial trauma wounds is no dressing,suture removal,can effectively reduce the health care costs of patients with postoperative scar formation,scar needle could not appear to meet the aesthetic requirements of patients with head and face,it is significant effect.So it is worthy of clinical use.
