冷灌注液对宫腔镜电切手术患者体温及护理对策的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the effect of cold perfusion solution on the temperature of hysteroscopic surgery patients and discuss nursing measures. Method:Hysteroscopic surgery patients were applied with cold perfusion solution and targeted nursing care.The change of body temperature and vaginal hemorrhage of patients in the preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative 30 min and 60 min were observed and recorded.Result:The body temperature of patients in the intraoperative and postoperative 30 min and 60 min were respectively (36.36±0.25)℃,(36.43±0.34)℃and (36.54±0.30)℃,which were lower than preoperative body temperature (36.96±0.31)℃,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Vaginal hemorrhage in postoperative 30 min and 60 min were respectively (8.43±0.85)ml,(2.64±0.73)ml,which were lower than intraoperative (42.67±2.54)ml,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,patients didn’t feel cold,with chills and cold limbs for 20.00%.Conclusion:Cold perfusate solution in hysteroscopic surgery patients has good hemostatic effect,which will cause a drop in body temperature of patients,but giving patients effective nursing measures such as temperature regulation and heat preservation can avoid the occurrence of low temperature and other bad situation.%目的：研究冷灌注液对接受宫腔镜电切术进行治疗的患者体温的影响，并探寻有效的护理对策。方法：对接受宫腔镜电切术治疗的患者进行冷灌注液灌注并配合针对性的护理对策，观察并记录患者在术前、术中、术后30 min及术后60 min的体温变化和阴道出血量。结果：患者术中体温(36.36±0.25)℃、术后30 min体温(36.43±0.34)℃及术后60 min体温(36.54±0.30)℃均低于术前的(36.96±0.31)℃，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后30 min阴道出血量(8.43±0.85)ml、术后60 min阴道出血量(2.64±0.73)ml均低于术中的(42.67±2.54)ml，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后患者无低温情况出现，寒战、四肢冰冷的占20.00%。结论：冷灌注液对宫腔镜电切手术患者产生良好的止血效果，也会造成患者体温的下降，但给予患者调节温度、保温等有效的护理对策能够规避低温等不良情况的发生。
