Through retrospective summarize on the problems happened during the process of unified command of 120 emergency center in Hulunbeier City from January 1,2013 to April 30,2015,during the analysis of the causes of poor performance of pre-hospital first aid of our hospital we find that the effect not beautiful is not exist in a link,but throughout the various factors in the process of rescue.For various deficiencies of pre-hospital emergency,we propose to strengthen the risk management awareness,strengthen the first aid skills of emergency management practitioners and the management of first aid equipment,so as to achieve seamless management and integration of urban and rural health care.%通过回顾性总结2013年1月1日-2015年4月30日呼伦贝尔市120急救中心成立以来，笔者所在医院在接受120统一指挥过程中发现的问题，对笔者所在医院院前急救效果不佳的原因分析发现，效果不佳不是存在于一个环节中，而是贯穿于整个救护过程中的多种因素。针对院前急救存在的各种不足，提出了强化风险管理意识，加强急救从业人员的急救技能及急救设备的管理，做到无缝隙管理和城乡医疗一体化。
