实习护生发生锐器伤原因分析及对策

摘要

通过三年来对笔者所在医院实习护生锐器伤回顾性分析，探讨护生实习期间发生锐器伤的现状及主要原因，提出医院和学校要将安全防护知识、技能融入到学校课程和带教工作中，采取行之有效的防范措施，建立一套多部门联动的科学管理体系，来降低实习护生锐器伤发生率。%Through three years of the hospital probationer nurses of sharp instrument injury were retrospectively analyzed,to explore probationer nurses during their internship and the main reason for the status of sharp injuries,proposed hospitals and schools to safety knowledge and skills into school curriculum and teaching work,take effective preventive measures,to establish a set of multi sectoral linkage of scientific management system,to reduce the incidence of sharp injuries trainee nurses.
