目的：探讨化疗药物对胃癌患者糖代谢的影响。方法：选择100例胃癌术后患者，其中60例采用以紫杉类为主的方案化疗作为紫杉类组，40例采用以铂类为主的方案化疗作为铂类组。对两组患者化疗前后的血糖水平进行回顾性分析。结果：化疗前，两组患者空腹血糖均正常(P>0.05)；两组化疗6个周期后血糖变化比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。紫杉类组患者血糖异常率为41.7%，铂类组为12.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：化疗可以引起胃癌患者血糖升高，以紫杉醇类为主的化疗方案较为常见。%Objective:To discuss the influence of chemotherapy on glucose metabolism in patients with gastric cancer.Method:100 postoperative patients with gastric cancer were selected,of which 60 cases were treated with paclitaxel-based chemotherapy as the paclitaxel group,and 40 cases were treated with platinum-based chemotherapy as the platinum group.The data before and after chemotherapy of two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Result:The blood glucose of two groups were normal before chemotherapy(P>0.05),but the blood glucose after six cycles of chemotherapy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of abnormal glucose of paclitaxel group was 41.7%,and the platinum group was 12.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chemotherapy can increase blood glucose in patients with gastric cancer,and paclitaxel-based chemotherapy is common.
