血液透析患者长期留置导管的综合性护理干预

摘要

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of comprhensive nursing intervention for long-term indwelling catheter in patients requring hemodialysis. Method:88 patients requring hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups,the comprehensive nursing group(n=46) and the conventional nursig group(n=42).The indwelling time and the incidence of complications of indwelling catheter of two groups were observed.Result:Compared with the conventional group,the indwelling time of indwelling catheter in the comprehensive nursing group was statistically significantly increased(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications of indwelling catheter in the comprehensive nursing group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with long-term indwelling catheter in hemodialysis,comprehensive nursing intervention can prolong the using time and reduce the incidence of complications of indwelling catheter.%目的:探讨血液透析患者长期留置导管的综合性护理干预体会.方法:88例血液透析患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,即综合性护理干预组(n=46)和常规护理组(n=42例),观察两组患者留置导管的留置时间和并发症发生率.结果:综合性护理干预组长期留置导管的留置时间明显长于常规护理组(P<0.05),其并发症发生率明显低于常规护理组(P<0.05).结论:对于血液透析长期留置导管的患者,综合性护理干预能够延长导管使用时间并降低并发症的发生率.
