术前访视在经桡动脉冠状动脉造影患者的应用

摘要

Object:To observe whether visiting before operation could be effect CAG patients.Methods:153 patients after radial artery CAG were divided into visiting group 106 cases and control group 47cases: visiting group and control group were both general nursed,visiting group was visited before operation,observing heart rate before operation、blood pressure、anxiety grade and introperative complications.Result:There were statistically deference between two groups about heart rate before operation、blood pressure、anxiety grade and introperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:To radial artery CAG patients, visiting before operation can low physiology stress and decrease complications.%目的观察术前访视对行冠状动脉造影术患者的影响.方法选择153例经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术患者，随机分成访视组106例、对照组47例；访视组与对照组均在病房行常规护理，访视组行术前访视，观察术前心率、血压、焦虑评分及术中并发症.结果2组患者术前心率、血压变化及焦虑评分及并发症均存在统计学差异(P<0.05).结论对经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术的患者，进行术前访视可降低生理和心理应激，减少并发症的发生.
