经皮肾碎石治疗肾结石的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate clinical effect of treatment for kidney stone by percutaneous renal lithotripsy. Methods: Clinical data of 186 patients with kidney stone in our hospital from January 2011 to February 2012 were reviewed. Results: This group of 186 patients were successfully established percutaneous nephrolithotomy channel , 133 of which were removed stones at one time , 43 cases of secondary removed stones , stone clearance rate of 94.62% ; mean operative time ( 102±12 ) min , stones average processing time (58±9) min, mean intraoperative bleeding volume (78±18) mL, with an average length of stay (7.5±3.8) d; postoperative patients with high fever,has been effectively controlled by symptomatic treatment;postoperative follow-up,not calculi recurrence circumstances occurred. Conclusion: The clinical effect of treatment for kidney stone by percutaneous renal lithotripsy is significant and stone clearance rate , fewer complications , trauma.%目的探讨分析经皮肾碎石治疗肾结石的临床效果.方法回顾性分析总结我院2011年10月到2012年8月采用经皮肾碎石术治疗的46例肾结石患者的临床资料.结果本组46例患者均成功建立经皮肾通道,其中43例一次性取净结石,3例二次取净结石,结石清除率高达94.62%；平均手术时间(102±12)min,平均结石处理时间(58±9)min,术中平均出血量(78±18)mL,平均住院时间(7.5±3.8)d；术后2例患者出现高热,经对症治疗后得到有效控制；术后随访,未发生结石复发情况.结论经皮肾碎石治疗肾结石疗效确切,具有结石清除率高,并发症少,创伤小等优点,值得进行临床推广.
