古田县淡水渔业合作社发展状况、问题与对策

Gutian country is located in the north of Fujian, the genus of freshwater fishery in Fujian province, in recent years the fishing areas have established freshwater fisheries co-operatives, and continue to grow and develop. The author investigated through thorough basic level, held a forum on Gutian County freshwater fisheries cooperatives development condition, aiming at the ubiquitous operation is not standard, the shortage of funds, the traditional closed smallholder idea strong new business philosophy, modern fishery weak problem, put forward to increase the propaganda, pay close attention to the construction of the system, increase financial support and attach importance to talents culture, to create high-end brand, countermeasures to improve the market competitiveness.%古田县地处闽东北，为福建省淡水渔业大县，近几年各渔区纷纷成立淡水渔业合作社，并不断发展壮大。论文通过深入基层、召开座谈会对古田县淡水渔业合作社发展状况进行调研，针对目前存在运作不规范、资金短缺、传统封闭式的小农观念较强、新型的现代渔业经营理念淡薄等问题，提出了加大宣传力度、狠抓制度建设、加大资金扶持、重视人才培养、打造高端品牌、提高市场竞争力的发展对策。
