[目的]了解国内外临床护理发展趋势和研究热点，为临床护理实践和研究提供指导依据。[方法]检索2007年—2015年万方数据库和pubMed数据库收录的除心理护理和中医护理方面的临床护理文献，对其进行文献发文量、文献期刊、文献高频主题词聚类和关键词共现等文献计量学分析。[结果]pubMed数据库共检索到临床护理(不含心理护理)的文献10374篇，文献累积量呈增长趋势，临床护理文献刊载的期刊分布与布拉德福定律描述基本相符。2007年—2009年国外临床护理主要研究内容是：①在自然分娩中助产方法和助产士作用的研究；②急救护理方法的研究；③痴呆护理的研究；④创伤损伤护理中绷带包扎的研究；⑤肿瘤护理中生活质量的研究。2010年—2012年国外临床护理主要研究内容是：①产科护患关系的研究；②中风病人护理中病人医疗小组的研究；③肿瘤护理方法的研究；④尿失禁护理中创伤损伤的护理研究；⑤痴呆护理照顾者生活质量的研究。2013年—2015年国外临床护理主要研究内容是：①创伤损伤护理中皮肤护理及绷带包扎的研究；②艾滋病护理中循证护理的研究；③产科护患关系的研究；④肿瘤护理方法的研究；⑤阿尔茨海默病护理、痴呆护理的研究；⑥中风护理照顾者的研究。万方数据库共检索到临床护理(不含心理护理)的文献85570篇，文献累积量呈逐年增长趋势，刊载在核心期刊的文献量呈逐年增长趋势，但文献量百分比、篇均被引频次呈下降趋势。2007年—2009年国内临床护理主要研究内容是：①糖尿病护理；②肿瘤疾病护理；③老年疾病护理；④并发症的护理；⑤高血压疾病护理；⑥护理干预后生活质量的研究；⑦化疗的护理；⑧护理干预后依从性问题的研究；⑨便秘的护理；⑩脑卒中疾病护理。2010年—2012年国内临床护理主要研究内容是：①糖尿病的护理；②肿瘤疾病护理；③老年疾病的护理；④护理干预后生活质量的研究；⑤并发症的护理；⑥高血压疾病护理；⑦预防护理；⑧围术期的护理；⑨疼痛的护理；⑩护理干预后依从性问题的研究。2013年—2015年国内临床护理主要研究内容是：①糖尿病的护理；②并发症的护理；③肿瘤护理；④护理干预后生活质量的研究；⑤脑卒中疾病护理；⑥老年护理；⑦护理干预后依从性问题的研究；⑧高血压的护理；⑨便秘护理；⑩预防的护理。[结论]国内临床护理处于普莱斯规律快速发展阶段，文献发文量总体增长比较快、文献增长速度比较大。国外临床护理处于稳定发展阶段，即成熟期，文献发文量总体发展比较固定、发展速度比较平稳。%Objective:To know about the development trend and research focus of clinical nursing at home and a-broad,so as to provide guidance evidence for clinical nursing practice and research.Methods:The data were re-trieved included in the WanFang database and PubMed database in addition to the clinical nursing literatures on psychological care and traditional Chinese medicine care from 2007 to 2015.And the bibliometric analysis was carried out including the document circulation,the document j ournal,the document high frequency subj ect words clustering and the key words co occurrence and so on.Results:A total of 10 374 articles were retrieved from the PubMed database,and the literatures were in an increasing trend.The distribution of journals Pub-lished in clinical nursing literatures was basically consistent with the description of Brad Ford’s law.The main research contents of clinical nursing in abroad from 2007 to 2009 were:1.study on the method of midwifery and the role of midwives in natural childbirth;2.the study on first aid nursing method;3.study on dementia nurs-ing;4.study on the bandage dressing in traumatic injury nursing;5.study on quality of life in cancer nursing. The main research contents of clinical nursing in abroad from 2010 2012 were:1.study on obstetric nursing patient relationship;2.study on patient medical team in stroke care;3.study on cancer nursing methods;4.the traumatic inj ury nursing research in urinary incontinence care;5 .study on quality of life of caregiver of dementia patients.From 2013 to 2015,the main research contents were:1.study on the skin care and bandage dressing in trauma injury nursing;2.study on evidence based nursing in AIDS nursing.3.study on obstetric nurses pa-tients relationship;4.study on cancer nursing methods;5.study on the Alzheimer’s disease care and dementia care;6.study on the stroke caregiver.A total of 85 570 literatures on clinical nursing were retrieved from the WanFang database,and the cumulative amount of literature was increasing yearby year.The amount of litera-ture published in the core journals showed an increasing trend year by year.From 2007 to 2009 clinical nursing main research contents in abroad were:1.the diabetes care;2.the cancer diseases care;3.the elderly diseases care;4.the complications care;5.the hypertension disease care;6.study on quality of life after nursing interven-tion;7.the chemotherapy care;8.study on compliance issues after nursing intervention;9.the constipation care;10.the cerebral apoplexy care.From 2010 to 2012 clinical nursing main research contents athome were:1.the di-abetes care;2.the cancer diseases care;3.the elderly diseases care;4.study on quality of life after nursing inter-vention;5.the complications care;6.the hypertension disease care;7.the preventive care;8.the perioperative care;9.the pain care;10.Study on complication issues after nursing intervention.2013 2015 clinical nursing main research contents in china were:1.the diabetes care;2.the complications care;3.cancer care;4.study on quality of life after nursing intervention;5.stroke care;6.the elderly nursing;7.study on compliance issues after nursing intervention;8.hypertension care;9.constipation care;10.preventive care.Conclusion:The domestic clinical nursing was in the stage of rapid development of Preiss’s law,the quantity of published documents was increased relatively fast,and the literature growth speed was relatively fast.Clinical nursing in abroad was in the stage of stable development,that was,mature period.The overall development of the quantity of documents published was relatively stable,and the development speed was relatively stable.
