目的:探讨和评价输卵管介入栓塞对准备试管婴儿的输卵管积水患者的治疗效果.方法:在X线透视下,选择性插管,通过微导管将微弹簧圈放置于输卵管峡部.结果:输卵管积水患者98例,均一次手术成功栓塞输卵管.栓塞术后1个月行子宫输卵管造影复查,显示栓塞有效者100％.术后3个月开始行IVF-ET,成功妊娠者41例,无1例发生宫外孕.结论:输卵管介入栓塞能有效处理输卯管积水,提高IVF-ET成功率,降低宫外孕风险.%Purpose: To investigate and evaluate the effect of fallopian tube embolization for hydrosalpinx before in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (I VF-ET) . Methods: Under the fluoroscopy of X-ray, selective catheterization was done for the fallopian tube and micro spring circle was put into the isthmus through micro catheter. Results: Ninty-eight patients with hydrosalpinx were successfully undergone embolization for the fallopian tube in once. HSG examination was done one month later. The results of HSG showed that 100% of the embolization were effective. IVF-ET was done three months later. The number of successful pregnancy was 41 and no one occurred ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion: Interventional embolization is effective in treating hydrosalpinx and improving the success rate of IVF-ET and reducing the risk of ectopic pregnancy.
