经支气管镜针吸活检术在肺内及纵膈病变中的应用体会

摘要

目的：探讨在支气管镜检查中，经支气管镜针吸活检术(TBNA)的临床应用价值及如何提高活检阳性率。方法：对29例经肺CT发现肺内肿块和(或)纵膈病变的患者进行TBNA。结果：29例患者中，能定性诊断20例(69%)。阴性结果9例(31%)，所有患者均仅见穿刺部位少量出血。结论：经支气管镜针吸活检术方便、简单、安全、有效、无严重并发症，可提高临床中TBNA穿刺成功率，值得更为广泛的推广。%Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of transbronchial needle aspiration and improve the biopsy positive rate via bronchoscope.Methods:29 cases with lung mass and (or) mediastinal lesions via lung CT were treated with transbronchial needle aspiration.Results:In 29 cases,20 cases(69%)got qualitative diagnosis,and 9 cases(31%) got negative result. All patients had small amount of bleeding only at the site of the piercing.Conclusion:Transbronchial needle aspiration is a convenient simple safe effective method and has no serious complications.TBNA can increase the clinical success rate,which is worthy of more extensive promotion.
