超声内镜在食管黏膜下隆起性病变诊治中的应用

摘要

Objective:To investigate the role of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with esophageal mucosal lesions uplift.Methods:63 patients with esophageal submucosal lesions uplift diagnosed by endoscopic ultrasonography were selected,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:58 cases were consistent with the pathological diagnosis,the diagnosis rate was 92.1% .No perforation and other complications occurred.Conclusion:Endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of esophageal submucosal lesions uplift with accurate positioning,high diagnostic accuracy, simple operation and good safety,it can guide the development of clinical treatment programs.%目的:探讨超声内镜检查在食管黏膜下隆起性病变诊治中的应用.方法:收治经超声内镜诊断食管黏膜下隆起性病变患者63例,对其临床资料回顾性分析.结果:58例与病理诊断相符,确诊率92.1%,均无穿孔等并发症发生.结论:超声内镜对食管黏膜下隆起病变定位准确,诊断符合率高,可指导临床治疗方案的制定,操作简便,安全性好.
