目的：探讨子宫动脉栓塞术对子宫肌瘤患者卵巢功能及生育功能的影响。方法：98例子宫肌瘤患者均给予子宫动脉栓塞术。术后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年随访，而后每年随访1次，对内分泌激素水平，排卵监测、受孕情况等进行监测。结果：术后3个月排卵功能恢复44例(44.9%)，3～6个月恢复48例(49.0%)，半年以上恢复6例(6.1%)。45例患者术前有生育要求，自然受孕25例，术后1年受孕3例，术后1～2年受孕19例，术后2年以上受孕3例，流产3例。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术对子宫肌瘤患者卵巢功能及生育功能的影响不大。%Objective:To explore the effect of uterine arterial embolization on ovarian function and fertility function of patients with uterine fibroid.Methods:98 patients with uterine fibroid were given uterine arterial embolization.1 month,3 months,6 months, 1 year,2 years after operation,and then followed up 1 time a year,the endocrine hormone levels,ovulation monitoring,conception were monitored.Results:44 cases(44.9%) recovered ovulation function in 3 months after operation,48 cases(49.0%) were recovered in 3 to 6 months,6 cases(6.1%) were recovered in half a year.45 patients had fertility requirements before operation,25 cases were natural conception.3 cases were conception in 1 year after operation,19 cases were conception in 1 to 2 years after operation,3 cases were conception in 2 years after operation.3 cases were abortion.Conclusion:The effect of uterine arterial embolization on ovarian function and fertility function of patients with uterine fibroid is not much.
