护理干预对股骨颈骨折患者手术效果的影响

摘要

目的:探讨护理干预对股骨颈骨折患者手术效果的影响.方法:收治股骨颈骨折患者80例,随机分成干预组和对照组各 40 例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用护理干预,比较两组的护理效果.结果:干预组的优良率、护理满意度、无并发症率均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:加强对股骨颈骨折患者的护理指导可有效提高患者的认知程度、护理满意度和临床疗效.%Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with femoral neck fracture operation.Methods:80 patients with femoral neck fractures were selected,they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing,the intervention group was given nursing intervention,we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the excellent rate,nursing satisfaction,and no complication rate were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening nursing guidance on patients with femoral neck fracture can effectively improve the patient's degree of cognition,nursing satisfaction and clinical efficacy.
