T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的效果观察

摘要

目的:观察T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者的效果.方法:收治桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者50例,按随机数字表法将其分成试验组和对照组各25例,分别给予T型钢板内固定、石膏外固定治疗.对两组的疗效进行对比.结果:试验组桡骨远端不稳定骨折复位优良率和腕关节功能恢复优良率明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折,疗效确切,安全性高.%Objective:To observe the effect of T type steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with unstable distal radius fracture.Methods:50 patients with unstable distal radius fracture were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 25 cases in each according to random number table method.They were respectively given T type steel plate internal fixation and plaster external fixation treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The restoration excellent and good rate of unstable distal radius fracture and the recover excellent and good rate of wrist function in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:T type steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture has a exact curative effect,high safety.
