大剂量克霉唑阴道片治疗霉菌性阴道炎分析

摘要

目的：探讨大剂量克霉唑阴道片治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：收治霉菌性阴道炎患者120例，随机分成观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予制霉菌素栓治疗，观察组给予克霉唑阴道片治疗。结果：观察组治疗效果优于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：大剂量克霉唑阴道片治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效显著。%Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of aspergillus vaginitis with high dose of vaginal tablets.Methods:120 patients with colpomycosis were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each,patients in the control group were given fungistatic element suppository,while the observation group were treated with clotrimazole prime vaginal tablets.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Large dose of vaginal tablets has effectively treatment effect on fungal vaginitis.
