腹腔镜巨脾切除加断流术治疗肝硬化门静脉高压症的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of LS in the treatment of cirrhotic portal hypertension.Methods:80 patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension were selected.According to the different treatment schedules,they were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each.The control group was given the traditional laparotomy treatment.The study group was given LS plus devascularization treatment.The surgery effectiveness indexes and complication incidence rates of two groups were compared. Results:The intraoperatve blood soss and postoperative drainage volume of the study group were less than those of the control group,and the operation time and postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication incidence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LS plus devascularization in the treatment of cirrhotic portal hypertension has a significant curative effect,has minimally invasive, can effectively promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.%目的：观察LS治疗肝硬化门静脉高压症的临床效果。方法：收治肝硬化门静脉高压症患者80例，根据不同治疗方案分为两组各40例，对照组给予传统开腹治疗，研究组给予LS加断流术治疗，对比两组手术有效性指标与并发症发生率。结果：研究组术中出血量、术后引流量少于对照组，且手术时间、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组并发症发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：LS 加断流术治疗肝硬化门静脉高压症疗效显著，具微创性，可有效促进患者术后康复。
