目的：探讨护理心理干预对老年原发性高血压治疗效果的影响。方法：收治老年原发性高血压患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理方法，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理。结果：治疗后，观察组患者降压效果和服药依从性均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：心理干预能够有效提高老年原发性高血压患者的服药依从性，且降压效果明显，对于患者的整体治疗效果有巨大帮助。%Objective:To investigate the impact of nursing psychological intervention on the treatment effect of elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods:100 patients with essential hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing method,while in the observation group were given psychological nursing based on conventional nursing.Results:After the treatment,both the antihypertensive effect and medication compliance of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can increase the medication compliance of elderly patients with essential hypertension effectively,and also has obviously effect of antihypertensive,so it provide great help for the treatment effect.
