男性脊髓损伤患者性功能障碍的康复训练

摘要

目的：分析男性脊髓损伤患者性功能障碍康复训练的临床疗效。方法：收治男性脊髓损伤患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予性功能障碍的康复训练，对比两组夫妻和谐关系和性交成功率。结果：观察组夫妻关系和谐率和性交成功率均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：男性脊髓损伤患者性功能障碍康复训练，可促进夫妻关系的和谐，提高性交成功率，有效解决性生活、生育问题。%Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of rehabilitation training of sexual dysfunction in male patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:60 male patients with spinal cord injury were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each.The control group were given drug treatment.The observation group were given rehabilitation training of sexual dysfunction on the basis of the control group.The couples harmonious relationships and success rates of sexual intercourse were compared in two groups.Results:The couples relationship harmonious rate and success rates of sexual intercourse in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation training of sexual dysfunction in male patients with spinal cord injury can promote the harmony of couples relationship,improve the success rate of sexual intercourse,and effectively solve the sexual life and fertility problems.
