对胃肠道息肉经内镜下黏膜切除术护理的体会

摘要

This paper reports the nursing experience of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) for gastrointestinal polyposis in 36 cases.We adequately communicate with patients before operation,detaily introduct endoscopic treatment process,reassure the patient.After operation,we closely observe the vital signs,eating situation,abdominal pain and abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting,whether hematemesis and melena of patients.%目的：本文报告对36例胃肠道息肉经内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)后护理的体会。术前充分和患者沟通，详细介绍内镜下治疗全过程，打消患者疑虑。术后密切观察患者生命体征，进食情况，腹痛腹胀，恶心呕吐，是否有呕血及黑便。
