新斯的明足三里注射治疗食管癌术后腹胀的疗效观察及护理

摘要

目的：探讨新斯的明足三里注射治疗食管癌术后腹胀的疗效和护理重点。方法：将60例食管癌术后腹胀患者随机分为两组，对照组给予热敷、开塞露肛塞，观察组给予新斯的明双侧足三里注射治疗。比较两组患者治疗后肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间，总结新斯的明足三里注射治疗的护理重点。结果：治疗后，观察组腹内压明显小于对照组，肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间均明显早于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：新斯的明足三里注射既能发挥药物作用，又能发挥经络刺激作用，能明显减少食管癌术后腹胀患者胃肠功能恢复时间。%Objective:To explore the curative effect and nursing emphases of neostigmine tsusanli injection in the treatment of abdominal distension after esophagectomy.Methods:60 patients with abdominal distension after esophagectomy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given hot compress,glycerine enema anal plug.The observation group were given neostigmine bilateral tsusanli injection treatment.The bowel sound recovery time and the anus exhaust time after treatment of two groups were compared.The nursing emphases of neostigmine tsusanli injection treatment were summarized.Results:After treatment,the intra-abdominal pressure of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group;the bowel sound recovery time and the anal exhaust time were significantly earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The neostigmine tsusanli injection not only can play the role of drug,but also can play the role of meridian stimulation.It can significantly reduce the gastrointestinal function recovery time of patients with abdominal distension after esophagectomy.
