护理干预在预防胸外伤患者便秘中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨护理干预对预防胸外伤患者便秘的影响。方法：收治胸外伤患者78例，随机分为观察组与对照组各39例，两组患者全部实施常规治疗法与常规性护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上再配合预防便秘护理措施。结果：观察组便秘发生率显著降低(P＜0.05)。结论：对患者实施预防便秘护理干预可有效减少患者的便秘次数，并能够明显提高患者身体康复情况，减轻患者的痛苦，对患者的日常生活能力有显著的改善。%Objective:To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on the prevention of constipation in patients with chest trauma.Methods:78 patients with chest trauma were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 39 cases in each.All of the patients were given conventional therapy and routine nursing,while the observation group added nursing measures to prevent constipation based on routine nursing.Results:The incidence of constipation in the observation group reduced significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through nursing intervention on preventing of constipation can reduce the times of constipation effectively,improve the physical rehabilitation of patients significantly,promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce their pain,and mproved patient's daily life ability significantly.
