耳鼻喉急性感染及术后疼痛15例临床治疗观察

摘要

目的：探讨耳鼻喉急性感染及术后疼痛的有效治疗措施。方法：收治耳鼻喉急性感染患者15例，根据入院顺序进行分组，单号为观察组8例，双号为对照组7例，对照组采用芬太尼皮贴剂治疗，观察组采用扶他林治疗。结果：观察组术后清醒时、术后4 h、8 h、24 h 疼痛程度评分均低于对照组，观察组未发现不良反应，对照组出现1例，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：扶他林治疗耳鼻喉急性感染及术后疼痛的效果显著。%Objective:To explore the effective treatment of patients with acute infection and postoperative pain of ear nose and throat.Methods:15 patients with acute infection of ear nose throat were selected.All patients were grouped according to the order of admission,a single number for the observation group of 8 cases,double as the control group in 7 cases.The control group used Fentainipi patch treatment,and the observation group were given Voltaren therapy.Results:When patients awake and 4 h,8 h,24 h after the operation,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.No adverse reactions were found in the observation group,and 1 case react in the control group,the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of voltaren in the treatment of patients with acute infection and postoperative pain of ear nose throat is significant.
