儿科临床护理带教工作的体会

摘要

With the development of the society,the high expectations of the family members of the children make the nursing work requirements in department of pediatrics more and more high,therefore,the teaching work in department of pediatrics is different with the adult department,and doing a good job in teaching work in department of pediatrics must be refined to the specific point of each point.The author briefly introduces some experience in teaching work in department of pediatrics.%随着社会的发展，患儿家属过高的期望值使得其对儿科护理工作要求越来越高，这使得儿科带教工作也有别于成人科室，要做好儿科带教工作，必须要细化到具体的每一点上。笔者就儿科临床带教谈几点体会。
