七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿短小手术中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿短小手术中的应用方法及安全性。方法：收治行短小手术ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患儿80例，采用面罩吸入七氟醚进行麻醉诱导及维持。结果：80例患儿手术顺利完成，麻醉诱导以及维持过程均平稳，未出现麻醉并发症。结论：七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导迅速，对患儿呼吸循环影响小，患儿苏醒快，安全性高，不良反应发生率低。%Objective:To investigate the application method and safety of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in children with short operation.Methods:80 cases of children with short operation ASA Ⅰ ~Ⅱ grade were selected,we used mask inhalation of sevoflurane anesthesia for induction and maintenance.Results:80 cases were operated successfully,the induction and maintenance of anesthesia were stable,and there was no complication of anesthesia.Conclusion:Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is induced rapidly,the effect of respiratory cycle for children is small,and the children wake up quickly,the safety is high,the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
