Objective:To explore the effect of hyperbilirubinemia on myocardial enzymes,serum malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase of newborn.Methods:41 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were selected as the study group,and 41 normal neonates were selected as the control group.We compared the effect of hyperbilirubinemia on myocardial enzymes,serum malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase of newborn.Results:In the study group,the myocardial enzymes,serum malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The myocardial enzymes,serum malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were high.It can be used as the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.%目的:探讨高胆红素血症对新生儿心肌酶谱及血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶的影响(SOD)。方法:收治高胆红素血症患儿41例为研究组,选取正常新生儿41例为对照组,比较高胆红素血症对新生儿心肌酶谱及血清MDA、血清SOD的影响。结果:研究组各项心肌酶谱指标、血清MDA、血清SOD均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高胆红素血症新生儿的心肌酶、血清MDA、血清SOD活性都比较高,可以作为临床诊断和治疗的依据。
