肝硬化腹水合并自发性腹膜炎患者的临床护理

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing of patients with cirrhosis ascites complicated with spontaneous peritonitis. Methods:48 patients with cirrhosis ascites complicated with spontaneous peritonitis were selected,and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Through careful treatment and targeted nursing,32 cases were cured,13 cases were improved,3 cases died.Conclusion:According to the changes of the disease of patients with cirrhosis ascites complicated with spontaneous peritonitis,giving targeted treatment and careful nursing can effectively improve the cure rate,reduce mortality,and improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：探讨肝硬化腹水并自发性细菌性腹膜炎的临床护理措施。方法：收治肝硬化腹水合并自发性腹膜炎患者48例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：通过精心治疗及针对性的护理，治愈32例，好转13例，死亡3例。结论：根据肝硬化腹水合并自发性腹膜炎患者病情变化，做好有针对性的治疗及精心的护理，可以有效提高治愈率，降低死亡率，提高患者的生存质量。
