新型伤口敷料在压疮护理中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the application of new wound dressing in nursing of pressure sores.Methods:17 patients with pressure sores were selected.According to the patient's condition,physical condition and pressure ulcer stage,the patients were given systemic therapy,at the same time,according to the wounds,we chose suitable wound dressings for dressing change.Results:In the 17 patients,there were 29 pressure sores,22 pressure sores were recovered,and 7 pressure sores were improved.Conclusion:In nursing process for pressure sores,application of new wound dressing can promote wound healing and shorten wound healing time.%目的：探讨新型伤口敷料在压疮护理中的应用效果。方法：收治压疮患者17例，根据患者的病情、身体情况及压疮的分期采取全身治疗，同时根据伤口情况选择合适的伤口敷料换药。结果：17例患者29处压疮，痊愈22处、好转7处。结论：在压疮护理过程中应用新型伤口敷料可促进疮口愈合，缩短创口愈合时间。
