护理干预对肝硬化患者心理健康状况的改善观察

摘要

目的：探讨心理护理干预对肝硬化患者心理健康状况的影响。方法：收治肝硬化患者130例，按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组，各65例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予心理护理，分析两组护理效果。结果：干预后研究组 SAS、SDS 评分均低于对照组，BI 评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：心理护理可显著改善肝硬化患者心理状态，提高其整体生活质量。%Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the mental health status of patients with cirrhosis.Methods:130 patients with cirrhosis were selected.They were divided into study group and control group with 65 cases in each according to the random number table.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group received psychological nursing,then we analyzed the effect of nursing of the two groups.Results:The scores of SDS and SAS in the study group after the intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the BI score was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The psychological nursing can improve the mental status of patients with liver cirrhosis,and improve the overall quality of life.
