探讨如何加强过程管理有效预防与控制医院感染

摘要

Objective:To investigate the methods of strengthening the process management,in order to prevent and control the hospital infection effectively.Methods:Construction of communication instruction for infection management in each key department of the hospital,appointing full-time personnel to do daily clinical communication instruction work premeditated and targeted.Results:The compliance of hand hygiene in our hospital had a substantial increase,and the infection rate of the hospital decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen process management in the practice of hospital infection prevention and control work can change the concept of medical workers effectively,standard the infection management in the hospital,therefore, the medical safety hazard can be eliminated,and the risk factors of nosocomial infection reduced,so the infection of the hospital can be controlled.%目的：探讨加强过程管理，有效预防与控制医院感染的方法。方法：在医院各个重点部门设置感染管理沟通指导记录本，委派专职人员有计划、有目的地每天做好临床沟通指导工作。结果：本院手卫生依从性有了大幅度提高，医院感染率显著下降(P＜0.05)。结论：在实际医院感染的预防与控制工作中加强过程管理，可有效转变医务工作者观念，规范医院感染管理工作，消除医疗安全隐患，减少医院感染危险因素，控制医院感染发生。
