物联网技术在社区慢病防治中的应用模式研究

摘要

目的：研究物联网技术在社区慢病防治中的应用模式，增强对高血压患者的管理效果，提高高血压患者的血压控制率，降低并发症发生率。方法：采用问卷调查与科学试验相结合的研究方法，对新安街道辖区社区居民的健康状况与慢病管理模式进行研究。结果：甲乙两组血压控制率、生活质量评分、高血压知晓率评分差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：分析运用物联网健康管理技术与设备后，高血压患者的管理效果更好。%Objective:To research of application mode of internet of things technology in community chronic disease prevention, enhancing management effectiveness in patients with hypertension and improve blood pressure control rate of hypertensive pa-tients,reducing the incidence of complications.Methods:The research method was questionnaire investigation combined with sci-entific experiments,to research the health and chronic disease management model of community residents in Xinan Street area. Results:The differences of A and B blood pressure control rates,quality of life score,hypertension awareness scores were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the use of internet of things technology and equipment health management is analyzed, the effect of management of patients with essential hypertension is better.
