人类辅助生殖技术过程中感染管理防控策略

摘要

Objective:To explore the prevention and control strategy of infection management in the process of human assisted reproductive technology(ART).Methods:We analyzed the possible risk factors of infection management in the process of human assisted reproductive technology,and formulated the corresponding prevention and control measures.Results:There were high risk factors of infection management in self infection,laboratory culture system,invasive procedures,ART procedures and so on in ART. Conclusion:The analysis of the application of ART technology had an important effect on the patients and their families.Paying more attention to risk control of each link and reducing and eliminating the incidence of infection were conducive to improve the application effect of ART.%目的:探讨实施人类辅助生殖技术(ART)过程中感染管理防控策略.方法:分析ART过程中可能存在的感染管理危险因素,制定相应的防控措施.结果:ART在自身感染、实验室培养体系、侵入性操作、ART程序等方面存在感染管理的高危因素.结论:分析ART技术的应用对患者及其家庭产生重要的影响作用,重视每个环节的风险控制,降低和消除感染的发生,有助于更好地提高ART技术应用效果.
