个体化健康教育对消化性溃疡复发患者治疗依从性的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of individualized health education on treatment compliance of patients with peptic ulcer recurrence.Methods:120 patients with peptic ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(52 cases) and the intervention group(68 cases).Patients in the control group were received routine treatment and nursing,while in the intervention group were added individual health education based on the treatment and nursing given by the control group.Results:After nursing intervention,patients compliance after discharge in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).And the recurrence cases after discharge in the intervention group were less than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance rate,so as to improve the curative effect and reduce relapse.%目的：探讨个体化健康教育对消化性溃疡复发患者治疗依从性的影响。方法：收治消化性溃疡患者120例，随机分为两组，对照组52例常规治疗及护理，干预组68例在对照组基础上给予个体化健康教育。结果：经过护理干预后，干预组出院后医嘱依从性较对照组显著(P＜0.01)。干预组出院后复发率较对照组降低(P＜0.01)。结论：护理干预可以提高患者治疗顺从率，从而达到提高疗效、降低复发率的作用。
