院外意外分娩的院前急救

摘要

During the accident delivery,the maternal and child should be early acceptance of emergency nursing,to make the early diagnosis provides the valuable time for hospital emergency.The pre-hospital emergency is the starting section of entire rescue process,and it has an important role of the rescue success.Medical personnel should master the emergency theoretical knowledge,skilled operation skills,good psychological quality and strain capacity,carefully observation of the maternal and child condition,which is conducive to improve the success rate of pre-hospital rescue,reduce the disability rate and promote the maternal and child health.%意外分娩时，母婴应及早接受急救护理，早期作出病情判断，为院内抢救提供宝贵时间。院前急救是整个抢救过程的开始部分，对抢救的成功起到重要的作用。医务人员应该掌握急救理论知识、熟练的操作技能、良好的心理素质和应变能力，认真观察母婴情况，有利于提高院前抢救成功率，减少病残率和促进母婴健康。
