目的：用硫酸镁联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性支气管哮喘患儿，探讨对患儿肺功能和IgE的影响。方法：收治支气管哮喘患儿213例，选取100例随机分为对照组和观察组。在常规治疗基础上，对照组给予口服强的松，观察组给予硫酸镁联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入。对比两组的肺功能及IgE。结果：治疗后，观察组第1秒用力呼吸容积、用力呼吸肺活量以及呼气峰流量改善均优于对照组；观察组IgE降低的幅度大于对照组。结论：硫酸镁联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性支气管哮喘患儿取得很好的疗效，起效快速。%Objective:Using magnesium sulfate combined with budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with acute bronchial asthma,to explore the influence on the lung function and immunoglobulin E.Methods:213 children with bronchial asthma were selected.100 cases were selected who were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group were given oral prednisone,and the observation group were given magnesium sulfate combined with budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation.The lung functions and serum IgE of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the improvements of the first seconds forcibly breathing volume,forcibly breathing vital capacity and peak expiratory flow of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The decreased magnitude of immunoglobulin E of the observation group were larger than those of the control group.Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with acute bronchial asthma have very good curative effect,taking effect quickly.
