胎头吸引术与产钳术在阴道助产中的临床应用分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical applications of fetal head aspiration and obstetric forceps operation in vaginal instrumental delivery,to compare the advantages and disadvantages of two methods.Methods:120 puerpera with fetal head aspiration and obstetric forceps operation in vaginal instrumental delivery were selected.The success rate of midwifery and the complications incidence rate of mother and fetus were compared between the two groups.Results:The midwifery time of the obstetric forceps group was shorter than that of the fetal head aspiration group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal facial skin damage in the obstetric forceps group was higher than that of the fetal head aspiration group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fetal head aspiration and obstetric forceps operation have the advantages and disadvantages of each.The success rates of two are closely related with the operation experience for clinicians.Reasonable selection of midwifery according to maternal clinical delivery process can reduce the cesarean section rate,reduce mother and fetus injury.%目的：探讨胎头吸引术与产钳术在阴道助产分娩中的临床应用，比较两种方法的优缺点。方法：收治胎头吸引术与产钳术阴道助产产妇120例，分析两组的助产成功率、母儿并发症发生率。结果：产钳组助产时间短于胎头吸引组(P＜0.05)；产钳组新生儿面部皮肤损伤发生率高于胎头吸引组(P＜0.05)。结论：胎头吸引术与产钳术各有优缺点，二者成功率与临床医师操作经验密切相关。根据产妇临床分娩进程合理选择助产术，可降低剖宫产率，减少母婴损伤。
