无痛人流围手术期护理体会

摘要

目的：总结无痛人流围手术期的护理经验，进一步提高护理质量。方法：收治无痛人流早孕妇女200例。采用静脉注射丙泊酚0.6 mg/kg，氟比洛芬酯1 mg/kg，1 min后再次注射丙泊酚2 mg/kg。加强术前、术中和术后的护理及心理护理。结果：患者均成功流产，手术时间(9±1)min，术中出血(30±8)mL，满意度99.0%。结论：加强术前、术中和术后的护理及心理护理可以明显提高患者的流产效果和满意度。%Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of painless abortion during perioperative period,to further improve the quality of nursing.Methods:200 early pregnant women with painless abortion were selected.They were given intravenous injection of propofol 0.6 mg/kg,flurbiprofen 1 mg/kg,again injection of propofol 2 mg/kg after 1 minute.To strengthen the nursing before operation,during operation and after operation and psychological nursing.Results:All patients were successful abortion,the operation time was (9±1)minutes,the intraoperative bleeding was (30±8)mL,the satisfaction was 99%.Conclusion:Strengthening the nursing before operation,during operation and after operation and psychological nursing can significantly improve the abortion effect and the satisfaction of patients.
