抗生素在儿科临床中应用存在的问题及对策研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the problems and countermeasures of antibiotics in clinical application of pediatrics.Methods:439 cases of pediatric patients were selected,we investigated the type of disease,the use of antibiotics,and the problems that exist, took appropriate interventions for the problems.Results:The dosage of the medicine used by the doctors was different when patients treated with antibiotics,for patients with excessive doses,the body organs would suffer corresponding damage.Conclusion:When using antibiotics to control the disease,we should be careful and cautious,to avoid the increase incidence of adverse reactions due to drug sensitivity,avoid drug abuse.%目的：探究儿科临床应用抗生素存在的问题以及应采取的措施。方法：收治儿科患者439例，调查患者的疾病类型、应用的抗生素，以及存在的问题，针对问题采取相应的干预措施。结果：患者在采用抗生素治疗时，医生采用的药物剂量不同，对于应用剂量过大的患者，身体器官会遭受相应的损害。结论：应用抗生素控制疾病，要谨慎、小心，避免患儿因对药物敏感而增加不良反应的发生率，避免药物滥用。
