乡镇卫生院实施基本公共卫生服务项目情况调查

摘要

目的：探讨乡镇卫生院在实施基本公共卫生服务项目中的有效服务模式。方法：通过开展调查的方式了解乡镇卫生院开展公共卫生服务项目的情况。结果：居民健康教育知晓率＞80%、居民健康行为形成率＞78%、糖尿病规范管理率＞45%、高血压规范管理率＞50%。结论：影响乡镇卫生院实施基本公共卫生服务项目的因素较多，采取有效措施强化乡镇卫生院在实施基本公共卫生服务项目中的作用和地位。%Objective:To explore the effective service model of township health centers in the implementation of basic public health services.Methods:The investigation to understand the situation of public health services in township health centers was developed.Results:The awareness rate of residents on health education was 80%;the health behavior formation rate of residents was more than 78% ;the standard management rate of diabetes was greater than 45% ;the standard management rate of hypertension was more than 50%.Conclusion:There are many factors that can influence the basic public health service project implemented in the township health centers,which take effective measures to strengthen the role and position of township health centers in the implementation of basic public health service project.
