不同剂量黄体酮联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗习惯性早期流产的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察不同剂量黄体酮联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗习惯性早期流产的效果。方法：收治习惯性早期流产患者95例，按照不同用药剂量分为研究组48例，对照组47例。研究组给予大剂量黄体酮(40 mg/d)治疗，对照组给予小剂量黄体酮(20 mg/d)治疗，连续治疗2个月后，两组均予以2000 U HCG治疗。分析两组保胎成功率和相关性指标情况。结果：研究组保胎成功率95.83%高于对照组的80.85%，血清HCG、E2、P值均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：大剂量黄体酮加HCG治疗习惯性早期流产的临床效果显著。%Objective:To observe the effect of different dose of progesterone combined with human chorionic gonadotropin in the treatment of habitual early abortion.Methods:95 patients with habitual early abortion were selected.They were divided into the study group with 48 cases and the control group with 47 cases according to the different dosage.The study group was given a large dose of progesterone(40 mg/d) treatment.The control group was given a small dose of progesterone(20 mg/d) treatment.After continuous 2 months treatment,two groups were given 2000 U HCG treatment.The success rates of fetus protection and related indicators of two groups were analyzed.Results:The success rate of fetus protection in the study group(95.83%) was higher than 95.83% of the control group;the serum HCG,E2,P values were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of large dose of progesterone and HCG in the treatment of habitual early abortion is significant.
