异位妊娠合并失血性休克围手术期治疗分析

摘要

目的：分析异位妊娠合并失血性休克围手术期的治疗方法。方法：收治异位妊娠合并失血性休克患者56例，回顾性分析患者临床资料，总结异位妊娠合并失血性休克围手术期的治疗方法。结果：患者复苏前后 HR、MAP、PaO2、SaO2等血流动力学及氧代谢指标之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。患者均得到有效治疗，无患者死亡；出院前患者的血红蛋白降至正常水平，平均(88.4±14.3)g/L。结论：异位妊娠合并失血性休克围手术期治疗需要围绕体液复苏，并结合患者的病情特点灵活处理，可提高治疗效果。%Objective:To analyze the treatment methods of ectopic gestation with hemorrhagic shock in perioperative period. Methods:56 patients with ectopic gestation with hemorrhagic shock were selected.The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment methods of ectopic gestation with hemorrhagic shock in perioperative period were summarized.Results:Before and after resuscitation,there were significant differences between hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism indexes,such as HR,MAP,PaO2,SaO2 and so on.The patients received effective treatment,and no patient was died.The hemoglobin of patients before discharge dropped to the normal level,and the average was (88.4 ± 14.3)g/L.Conclusion:The perioperative treatment of ectopic gestation with hemorrhagic shock needs to focus on fluid recovery,and combined with the disease characteristics of patients for flexible processing,which can improve the treatment effect.
