经锁骨上斜切口侧入路行双侧甲状腺肿块切除术的护理体会

摘要

Objective:To explore the nursing method and effect of bilateral thyroid tumor resection with supraclavicular oblique incision lateral approach.Methods:100 patients with thyroid diseases were selected.They were given peri operation period nursing. We observed the clinical symptoms before and after nursing.Results:After the operation,careful nursing of nurses not only shorten the recovery time,and reduced the incidence of complications.Conclusion:Bilateral thyroid tumor resection with supraclavicular oblique incision lateral approach had good treatment effect.Plus targeted nursing intervention,it can reduce the operation risk, reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve safety.%目的：探讨经锁骨上斜切口侧入路行双侧甲状腺肿块切除术的护理方法与效果。方法：收治甲状腺疾病患者100例，进行围手术期护理，观察护理前后患者的临床症状。结果：手术后，在护士的精心护理下，不仅缩短了恢复时间，而且降低了并发症的发生率。结论：采用经锁骨上斜切口侧入路行双侧甲状腺肿块切除术有比较好的治疗效果，再加上针对性的护理干预，降低了手术风险，减少了并发症的发生，提高了安全性。
