酸碱平衡法治疗阴道炎临床疗效评价

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of acid base balance method in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods:148 cases of patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,which were given metronidazole suppository.Based on this,the observation group were given treatment strategies according to the secretion pH level of vagina arched roof and vagina,if the pH>5.5,the weak alkaline nursing liquid were given to clean vulva,if pH>7.0,excessive sexual intercourse and alkaline bath products,sex toys were avoided.Results:The cure rate 59.46% and total effective rate 93.24% of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 41.89% and 82.43%,and the inefficiency 6.76% was lower than that of the control group 17.57%,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of drug therapy,acid base balance method in the treatment of vaginitis did help to improve the curative effect,and the method was simple and feasible.%目的：评价酸碱平衡法治疗阴道炎临床疗效。方法：将148例阴道炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组，均给予双唑泰栓。观察组在此基础上，据阴道侧穹隆分泌物或阴道口分泌物pH值水平调整治疗策略，若pH＞5.5，给予弱碱性配方护理液清洗外阴，若pH＞7.0避免过度性交，同时避免使用碱性洗浴用品、助性用具。结果：观察组痊愈率59.46%、总有效率93.24%高于对照组的41.89%、82.43%，无效率6.76%低于对照组的17.57%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在药物治疗基础上，运用酸碱平衡法治疗阴道炎，确实有助于增进疗效，且方法简单、可行。
