目的：探讨酸碱平衡法在阴道炎临床治疗过程中的应用效果。方法选取在我院接诊的86例阴道炎患者作为主要研究对象，采用随机性的方法，将本组试验患者分为观察组和对照组，每组43例，给予对照组患者常规药物治疗，给予观察组患者酸碱平衡法治疗，对两组患者的临床效果进行观察和比较。结果两组患者通过治疗，观察组患者的总有效率为93.02%，对照组患者的总有效率为74.41%，观察组的总有效率优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（χ2=10.265，P＜0.05）。结论在阴道炎的临床治疗过程中，酸碱平衡法的疗效显著，不良反应较低。%Objective To explore the application effect of acid-base balance method in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods Selected 86 cases of patients with vaginitis in our hospital as the main research object, using the method of random, they were divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group, the control group was given routine drug treatment of patients, patients in observation group were given acid-base balance rule of therapy, the clinical effect of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results Through treatment, patients in the observation group the total efifciency was 93.02%, patients in the control group the total efifciency was 74.41%, the total effective rate in observation group was better than that of the control group, there was statistically significant differences between groups (χ2=10.265, P<0.05). Conclusion For the clinical treatment of vaginitis, effect of acid-base balance method is signiifcant, the rate of adverse reaction is lower.
