就诊流量监测在门诊管理中的应用

         

摘要

目的:通过对门诊流量监测系统数据进行分析,为门诊人力资源合理调动分配提供依据,提高门诊医疗服务水平。方法:分析2009-2013年门诊流量变化、每天不同时间段的流量变化,寻找普通门诊季节变化的特点及规律。结果:5年门诊量以每年10%以上的速度增长,每年就诊量最多的前3个科室依次均为妇产科、儿科、骨伤科。1 d 中9:00-10:00门诊量最大,呈就诊高峰,17:00-18:00门诊量最小。结论:门诊就诊量、就诊时间等存在一定的规律。医院管理部门应根据其特点,合理利用有效人力、物力资源,以提高医院门诊服务水平。%Objective:To analyze the monitoring system data of outpatient amount to provide the basis for the reasonable transfer allocation of human resources in outpatient service and raise the level of outpatient medical service.Methods:The outpatient service flow changes and the flow changes in different time every day from 2009 to 2013 were analyzed in order to find the characteristics and law of seasonal variation in outpatient service.Results:The outpatient amount grew as an annual rate of more than 10% in 5 years and the three top of medical consultations annually were the obstetrics and gynecology department,pediatrics department,orthopedics department in turn.The outpatient amount was largest from 9:00 to 10:00 in a day and was the peak in clinic,the outpatient amount was minimal from 17:00 to 18:00.Conclusion:Certain regularity existed in the outpatient amount, treatment time and so on.According to the characteristics,the hospital management department used effective manpower and material resources reasonablely in order to improve the level of outpatient medical service.
