迈格磁致伸缩牙科综合治疗仪在老年人牙周病治疗中的临床疗效评价

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of Meg magnetostrictive comprehensive dental therapeutic instrument in the treatment of the elderly with periodontal disease.Method:62 cases of elderly patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group used the ultrasonic subgingival scaler of magnetostrictive comprehensive dental therapeutic instrument,the control group used conventional ultrasonic subgingival scaler.Visual analogue scale were used to evaluate the pain degree,the sulcus bleeding index(SBI),periodontal attachment loss(AL),periodontal depth(PD),plaque index(PLI) of the two groups were compared after the treatment for 6 months.Results:After treatment,the SBI,AL,PD and PLI of the two groups improved significantly than the pre-operation(P<0.05).The subjective feeling pain VAS of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The two kinds of ultrasonic therapeutic instrument treating the elderly periodontal disease had good curative effect.The magnetostrictive dental comprehensive therapeutic instrument can relieve the pain of patients in the process of treatment obviously,and the patients had good comfort,which was easy to accept.%目的：评价迈格磁致伸缩牙科综合治疗仪治疗老年人牙周病的疗效。方法：收治老年慢性牙周炎患者62例，随机分为两组。试验组采用磁致伸缩牙科综合治疗仪(PR-ZHl)超声龈下洁治器，对照组采用常规超声龈下洁治器。使用视觉模拟评分法VAS进行治疗疼痛度评价，比较治疗6个月后龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周附着丧失(AL)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)。结果：治疗后，两组SBI、AL、PD和PLI均较术前明显改善(P＜0.05)。试验组主观感受疼痛VAS值小于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：两种超声治疗仪治疗老年人牙周病均有较好的疗效，磁致伸缩牙科综合治疗仪能明显减轻患者在治疗过程中的疼痛感，患者舒适性好，易于接受。
