阴道超声与腹部超声联合应用的超声诊断体会

摘要

目的：比较阴道超声与腹部超声在诊断妇科疾病时的诊断阳性率、临床符合率，探讨阴道超声与腹部超声联合应用的诊断价值。方法：对患者分别进行腹部超声和阴道超声检查，对两种检查方法的结果进行比较。结果：阴道超声在发现、观察较小的病变及病变早期时具有特异性，对于病变的回声性质、形态、病变周围及内部的血流状况显示比较有优势。腹部超声在显示病变位置，范围、病变与周围脏器的毗邻关系时占有很大的优势。结论：在特殊的情况下，腹部超声和阴道超声联合应用大大提高了超声诊断率，减少漏诊、误诊，为临床提供更为准确的诊断依据。%Objective:To compare the diagnostic positive rate and clinical coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological disease,to explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound combined application.Methods:The patients were respectively given abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound.The results of two inspection methods were compared.Results:The transvaginal ultrasound has specificity in the discovery and observation of smaller lesions and early lesions.It has more advantage on the display of lesions echo property, morphology,lesions around and internal blood flow.The abdominal ultrasound has great advantage on the display of lesions location,range,adjacent relationship between lesions and surrounding organs.Conclusion:In special situation,the abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound combined application can greatly improve the ultrasonic diagnostic rate,reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and provide more accurate diagnostic evidence for clinical.
